This property ticked off a lot of the boxes for us. It was a spacious home, the lake had plenty of fish just to catch right off the dock, and the scenery was lovely. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of room, however the upkeep of the home and property was a little rough. Some of the areas in the home just simply had too much clutter, removing some of the odds and ends would be ideal.The living room furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the areas tables for dining and playing games, etc. The back sun room has so much stuff in it and seems to be a neglected area of the house. Removing half of what's in there and tidying it up would be a great idea. The furniture and the pillows in that room have lots of water stains from possibly leaking, and a musty smell. We ended up not using that space at all because of it. The areas around the outside the home need some trimming and tidying up. Overgrown foliage and miscellaneous items laying on the ground such an old birdfeeders or old deck parts, etc. give it in a very unkempt look. The dock was great. He enjoyed the fire pit and the general areas of the yard were mowed. Who did reach out via text and email to the owners to ask some questions but had delayed and incomplete responses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It just needs quite a bit of TLC and they would have a great spot.
