"My stay was pleasant and perfect to my purposes. It's a bit out of the ordinary for a BnB experience. In fact, if it were a category, I'd classify this as a BnnB (Bed and NO Breakfast) facility. If you get hungry in the morning there are dozens of restaurants within a very easy drive in the North Tampa neighborhood where the property sits. "I recently stayed at Zenhouse and had a wonderful experience. The place is quiet, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful atmosphere true to its name. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. My room was comfortable, and the shared spaces were well maintained with nice touches that made the stay even better. "-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"We visited for a stay cation. Great location for walking access to Main Street in Safety Harbor. It can be intimidating to stay in an accessory dwelling behind in a gated yard but once we were in it was quite cozy and zero hassle.Unit was super clean with everything you would need for short stay. Only negative was the neighbors who were playing loud music and heavy bass until 12:30 a.m. I would definitely come back for a fun night in the Harbor."
