Old friends kayak vacation
This is a very nice home in a peaceful neighborhood on the river. The beautiful decks and dock on the water made for a very relaxing stay.We would book this VRBO again!

Perfect Getaway
This is the second time we've stayed at the Confluence Cabin. It is perfectly located in a beautiful natural setting and the dock is ideal for swimming, relaxing, and parking boats to explore the rivers. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable. Its obvious that the hosts take pride in creating a comfortable experience for their guests. We plan to come back again and again.

Peaceful Perfection
This cottage is such a beautiful piece of paradise in the Branford area. The river views, the decks and docks, the property, the house…the entire experience was just absolutely lovely. The owners were gracious, accommodating, responsive, and the sweetest hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We can’t wait to go back!

Cozy, peaceful cabin is a real GEM!
We love this cabin! The location was great, close to Ichetucknee Park yet private and secluded in the woods. A huge deck oversees an enormous fenced yard with river view. Cabin was clean and tidy with great kitchen that provides every imaginable utensil and premium coffee in the freezer. Good use of space, we enjoyed the large dining table and sofa seating. Plenty of water toys available. All communication with owner/manager was speedy, pleasant and helpful. We can't wait to come back!!

Just like it looks online
This place is magical. Honestly…everything you would want from this type of vacation location. The setting is surreal beautiful, the house is stocked with everything you need, and best of all, the beds are comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t clear, but I would want to know is this…If you’re traveling with children who plan to use the downstairs bedrooms, you should know that you have to go outside and down a set of stairs, around the back of the house, and through a screened porch and then into that bedroom. There is no access from the interior of the home. Again… This was irrelevant on our trip, and works great if you’re staying with multiple families. Just a note for those who are traveling with their children.

Relaxed on the River
The cabin is everything that we needed to relax. Surrounded by nature, comfortable, good kitchen opens out to a nice deck overlooking the backyard, there is a boardwalk leading to a great deck on the river. We needed to chill, and this was a lovely place to do it. Our thanks to the hosts!

River Getaway
From start to finish it was a great stay! We booked with the previous owners however Melissa made the crossover seamless. She communicated with us right up to our visit. The cabin was just as advertised and we enjoyed the stay. We even took the kayaks out and floated down to the house. Thanks and see you next year!

Fantastic time with family in an amazing home!
We spent 5 days with family including my 2 yr old grandson at the cabin. Everyone had such a great time. They have all asked for me to book again for next summer. The house was beautiful, the property was unique and picturesque. Melissa was kind and extremely easy to communicate with. Our dogs were as happy as ever and there was something for every age group. We tubed to the backyard and made day trips out. We cooked at the cabin and played games rather than eating out. I look forward to returning next summer or sooner!

Something for everyone
Confluence cabin is perfect for both river activities or peaceful relaxation . Located close to the springs, the river remains cool and refreshing for swimming and easy to access from the house by young and elderly alike. Our disabled family member was able to navigate the boardwalk well. We had a great experience and plan to return.

Peaceful retreat
We’ve been going to the Itchetuknee with friends for the past 3 years and love staying on the water. The cabin was perfect for our chill weekend of floating and fishing. You can set off from the park on a float and get out right at your dock. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely FABULOUS!!
My friends and I wanted to stay somewhere different besides the beach or a resort for girls' weekend . The cabin was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and the entire home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and linens were all comfortable and felt like a 5-star hotel. We took full advantage of the kayaks and canoes provided. The house was stocked with plenty of games to play in the evenings and the upstairs deck was great for morning coffee and gorgeous scenery. The hosts were phenomenal and always responded quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend for family and friend gatherings. We are debating on going back again before winter. Love, love, love this place!

Wonderful cabin
We had such a wonderful time at this cabin that we stayed another day! The cabin has everything you would want. So, if you forgot something, they have it there. Cabin was decorated nice. Was a home away from home. The nature walk and view from the covered deck was spectacular. Family had fun swimming around the dock and looking at the fish and turtles. There was a family of manatees that swam by the dock! The fenced yard was such an awesome amenity. My dog could explore without constantly being on a leash. Kayaks available without an extra cost. Even had doggy life vest and dog beds. We loved this cabin and there were no mosquitoes!!!

Perfect getaway for nature enthusiasts!
We love the outdoors. So do our kids and pups. This place was the PERFECT getaway. The luxuries of home coupled with the beautiful closeness of nature. The Ichetucknee spring run is a five minute paddle from the dock. The water at the dock and river is crystal clear. The second day of our trip we decided to try to paddle/kayak the entire spring run. It’s 6 miles one way and SO WORTH THE TRIP! We loved relaxing under the beautiful trees. The kids were fishing around the clock. We did lots of snorkeling and went to the springs to go tubing! We highly recommend this and to bring your own tube. We went on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy at all! We can’t wait to book another trip to the confluence cabin for next summer. This just might be our new summer go to from now on!

Confluence Cabin
We stayed here 4 years ago under different owners. The new owners did an amazing job on updating the home and making it extremely welcoming. They literally have EVERYTHING you need for your stay. We were sad to leave.

Peaceful and beautiful
This property is absolutely gorgeous, and the host went above and beyond for us! Melissa left special surprises for the grandbabies, and a bottle of wine and mothers Day card for me! There had been a terrible storm the day we arrived, and the entire area was without power. We"glamped" the first night, which was actually kind of fun! The power came back on the next day, but Melissa was so sweet and gave us an extra day free! A very memorable vacation, and we will definitely be back! Also, the yard and upstairs balcony was super secure, very child and pet friendly!!

A gem in FL
The property and house were quiet and cozy. The deck, yard, pavilion, and river were the stars of the property--AMAZING. Access to kayaks and a canoe was wonderful. In addition, the location was close to many parks with natural springs. We were there for Spring Break and really enjoyed our vacation. No complaints.

Perfect Location!
We loved the setting of this home. It is right on the river and the property is entirely fenced, which was amazing for our dogs. We enjoyed making use of the onsite kayaks and caught a few fish! However, we did feel that the home itself could have been cleaner.

Most Beautiful Yard
We had an amazing stay! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds eat from the bird feeder. Kris was a great host and made sure to have everything we needed!
