The stay was extremely disappointing. I called to let them know the fridge/freezer was out and for 5 days we did not have one. Oh they are sorry but my requests have been turned into management…. The pool was very cloudy, not clean at all. Same with the fire pit, nothing was ready to go with that either. The ignighter was full of battery acid and no battery or propane. The grill ran out of propane the first night in the middle of cooking hamburgers. They would always appear friendly, but my requests for help were pretty much ignored. I’ve asked several times for a minimum of. Refund on all the food we lost in the fridge and freezer and they just keep thanking me for my patience but cannot deliver a single solution to all of these troubles. Not to even mention the huge snake my grandsons discover con the deck of the pool. There were nexts of mosquitoes obviously because we even had bug spray but that yard needs sprayed. We are all chewed up just after the first night only. The toilet paper wax paper thin and the poorest cheapest possible that they could find I think. There is no soap or toiletries of any kind and it was just a miserable place to spend a wad of money. Worst air bnb I’ve ever rented. They also call for a pool deposit and I’m not sure why because that pool was not in the least bit clean. I’m so upset with Rent Branson, I’d steer clear as hard as I could.
