"I booked this lodge via VRBO as a mini break for my birthday with my 8 year old son. The VRBO website clearly stated that the lodge had a private hot tub, as did my booking confirmation. However, upon arrival I discovered that there was NO hot tub. The actual lodge was lovely but VRBO mis-advertised the property. En cuanto a la casa, decir que es necesario mejorar muchas cosas para que la estancia sea cómoda y placentera, empezando como punto principal por la limpieza. "We had a great stay using this as our base to explore part of the Lake District, easy access to lakes and many fells in one direction and to vast beaches a short drive away in the other direction. Loved the jacuzzi bath to relax in after a long day walking. "Loved staying here, the staff are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room was cold on arrival but we were given an extra heater that did the trick in no time 👍. Nothing would put us off staying here again. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will stay again. Beautiful "
