Estancia en Bratislava
Si bien alguna calle trasera y el propio edificio donde está el apartamento no son muy atractivos visualmente, el apartamento responde perfectamente a la descripción encontrada en la web y resulta un lugar cómodo y muy agradable. Esta bastante bien equipado en lo que respecta a mobiliario y electrodomésticos. Está muy limpio. Tiene una buena conexión wifi, así como dos buenas pantallas de televisión en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio. Nosotros hemos sido 4: dos adultos y dos niños, y hemos dispuesto de espacio más que suficiente para los cuatro. Quizás si en vez de estar en planta sótano, con vistas a un patio interior, hubiese tenido vistas a la calle y otra planta más alta, hubiese sido perfecto. Los dueños son muy organizados y muy atentos en la relación con el cliente. El apartamento tiene infinidad de rótulos en inglés para aclarar al cliente cualquier duda: potencia de los enchufes, instrucciones en los mandos a distancia, en el aseo, etc. En resumen, un apartamento gestionado con bastante calidad. Muy cercano a la parte antigua de la ciudad y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Recomendable.

The Best VRBO
My husband, adult daughter and myself stayed at this fantastic apartment for almost 3 weeks as we were moving my daughter to Slovakia. Jozef is the most friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating Host out there. Our flights were delayed and we had a late check in, our trip extended and had to stay an extra day or two. Anything that we needed we, he was there to help. Always a quick text away. The apartment is roomy, bathroom is roomy, kitchen was fully stocked. The location of the apartment was spot on. Appx 3 blocks away was the old town where we ate dinner most every evening. The parking on the street worked beautifully. You do have to pay, but it is very simple to figure out. Grocery, hair salon, bar, everything was so close. When my husband and I come back to visit our daughter, we will not hesitate to rent again.

Absolute Must Stay for Bratislava
My wife and I are digital nomads who have been to over 40 countries and over 70 rental properties in our travels. This property is the first one where we truly felt like we were back home. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots and pans; there was a full spice rack, coffee, olive oil, and garbage bags provided. The air conditioner worked great in both rooms, it was 34+ Celsius 94+ Fahrenheit during our stay and we did not even need to keep it on the whole time we were inside. The apartment stayed cool enough on its own that you could run it for an hour and then turn it off for over an hour. The couch was comfortable and the wifi was strong enough for both my wife and I to take meetings simultaneously with no problem. The table was also spacious enough for both of our work set ups. The bathroom is as described and the shower is actually more spacious than it seems. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in during our travels. Jozef met us upon arrival and let us drop our luggage off early, it's clear he travels often and wants to give his guests the experience he would want for himself. He spent time explaining a couple possible day trips to us as well as everything in the apartment. He has also taken the time to label all of the appliances with clear instructions. We stayed for 10 days and were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back again!

Look No Further! Definitely stay here!
I have stayed at many Vrbo properties in many countries and if they were all like this apartment, every vacation would be perfect! Jozef is not only the most caring and attentive landlord, he felt like a friend! He helped me make travel arrangements to other places (day trips and such), was really accommodating when my flight got massively delayed, everything! He provides water bottles for purchasing that are cheaper than at stores, a huge supply of towels, big & comfortable pillows on an also comfortable bed. The apartment is neat, functional, safe, clean, located in an incredibly convenient location. I was a woman traveling alone & my phone wasn't working, so I was just meandering the neighborhood alone, but I never got lost because the apartment is so easy to find and feels safe! It's near several tram lines and it's easy to get to from all the main train stations. The water pressure is good and the shower doesn't leak like some do in European apartments. There are two great places for breakfast right around the corner. Best hot chocolate I've ever had. Tons of restaurants in walking distance. Don't want to go out? The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. The security is fantastic. I could keep going, but I'm sure you're already convinced by now!

The apartment is quite large, with big room and very comfortable. It has everything that you might need when you travel and more. Very clean and new. Everything is new and in top conditions, including all the appliances (there is even a dryer that works great). It is super clean and new. The bathroom is brand new and the shower is great!! The location is perfect. It is steps from the old town but just outside and close to everything. It is in residential area that is extremely safe and quite. You can walk anywhere from there. Jozef is the best host I have ever had. He provided me with all kind of information on what to do in Bratislava and he really helped make my stay the best possible. I even left the key inside the apartment one night and in half an hour I was back inside. Super nice and super efficient!! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay
Our stay here was just perfect. Wonderful communication with the owners. The apt. is conveniently located to town but in a quiet area. It's lovely and cool (we were there in July) and certainly spacious enough for two people. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent and quiet location and well equipped apartment
The apartment is located downtown Bratislava, just steps from restaurants and cafes in the old town, but without the noise of the night life. We found the apartment very comfortable with well equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dryer. Really, everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very caring and responsive, provides lots of useful local information and advice. We will definitely come again.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment and for the last 2 weeks we stayed here, it was like our second home. It is walking distance to everything ,very close to groceries, , stores, public transportation, restaurants, historical districts, tourist spots and others. The owner is very responsive to all my questions before, and after booking and personally made sure we are comfortable in our stay. The apartment is very large and not what you expect in European apartments. It is also well equipped with information of where to go, what places to visit, what to expect, etc & has the necessities to make your stay comfortable. We will stay again if given the chance.

Fabulous Apartment!
This apartment is by far the best that we have ever rented through HomeAway! Jozef has done a masterful job in preparing the apartment, there is a 3 ring binder full of instructions, recommendations even phrases in Slovakian! The apartment presented itself exactly as described and is very conveniently located to the historic center of Bratislava with access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and the Danube for river excursions. We were very thankful to have found this wonderful place to spend our time in Bratislava! We highly recommend it!

Bratislava's best
The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is full of maps, books, pamphlets, etc to get you acquainted with Bratislava and Slovakia. Umbrellas, a large floor fan, a great pantry with wine, beer and other items available for purchase are examples of the thought put into the apt. Jozef’s father met us at check in and was most helpful. Location is very close to the old town and walkable.

Apartment Blue is without any question one of the best HomeAway experiences ever. The owner, Jozef and his family gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive to our needs. This is one of the best properties I've rented through VRBO. There was plenty of space for me and my two teenagers. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities. Jozef was so hospitable and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend it!

Exceeded my expectations
I rented the apartment based on previous reviews. I was not disappointed. In fact the apartment and Josef exceeded my expectations. Josef is the ideal Landlord. He met me upon arrival and saw me off in a taxi upon departure. In between he ensured that I was aware/informed about all pertaining to the apartment and the locality. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and well decorated. It has all that you'd need. Plus it is located in the 'old' historical part of town, so shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. If I have the pleasure of visiting Bratislava again I would like to stay in the same apartment.

Comfortable & well-equipped flat in Bratislava
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable & well-equipped apartment near the old town section of Bratislava. Everything was clean & well-considered for guests' convenience & comfort. We travel 6 months a year & stay at a lot of different places, and this host was one of the best we've worked with. He was extremely responsive with communication prior to arrival & throughout our stay. He has added many special touches: a broad selection of DVDs, meticulous instructions for using appliances & equipment, a comprehensive guest services & tourist information guide, to name a few. Bed & linens were excellent, the kitchen fully equipped & also stocked with extras like a spice rack, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc. Location was also great - about a 15 minutes' walk from the Danube & old town, less than that from a shopping mall & supermarkets. The neighborhood is quiet but also convenient to lots of great restaurants of just about any preferred cuisine. Wifi & all other technology (TV, DVD player, etc.) were all reliable. Having a washing machine available is always helpful, but this apartment had a dryer, too - unusual in Europe. We can give this flat & host our highest ratings.
