This is an excellent property where you’ll be comfortable, warm and provided all the amenities to facilitate a great stay in braunton. Fantastically run accommodation with the owners readily available to help. Clean and very cute cottage which is modernised and simply perfect! Really enjoyed my stay with elderly parents who valued the comfy beds, quiet tranquility and warmth. Thanks for the great stay.

Riverside cottage
Cottage was in a lovely spot by the river with easy access to the tarka trail which was our primary reason for visiting. Access was not great but we were informed in advance where to park. Whilst the cottage has charm it was extremely mouldy in both bedrooms - probably due to the rain. Not an issue for a summer visit but in October the rooms smelt pretty bad.

Lovely location
Pretty little cottage located 5 mins walk from the Main Street. It was so quiet and peaceful considering how close it was to the main road and shops. We loved having the garden with the dog and it was lovely that the dog was made to feel welcome with his own bedding, towels and bowls. Cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Christmas Holiday
The setting & area was ideal for getting out & about, if you have a dog 🐶 the garden was great. The cottage had every convenience & was definitely home from home, our only negative was bathroom downstairs. I didn't realise this when I looked at the cottage, for most people no problem. Late 70's a bit of an issue middle of the night, but we had a fabulous Christmas & few day's. Certainly would recommend to our younger friends & family.

Great cottage and location
Really enjoyed staying in this cottage. It is situated in a quiet area of Braunton, close to the centre, walks and locations further afield. It is well-resourced and managed. Richard is a great host and replied to our queries very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay
It was a lovely stay.only 2 little niggles.the parking was a bit of an issue and did get rather expensive and my husband is allergic to feathers so we had duvet issues!apart from that all was well

Beautiful place, beautiful property.
Fantastic cottage, Braunton is a lovely place. Fab for using as a base for North Devon, literally everything you need is in the cottage for you. Some lovely pubs and food places in village. Plenty of walking if your taking a dog like we did. Would recommend a day at saunton sands and take a picnic and a visit to Ilfracombe. A lovely memorable holiday.

Me my girlfriend and our dog really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas the cottage is absolutely perfect and sits in a very beautiful area of Devon with lots of shops restaurants etc with in walking distance, highly recommend this cottage

Excellent location and lovely cottage
Lovely cottage with log fire which was great after long brisk walks. Great bedrooms with really comfy mattresses. Everything you need from games to kitchen equipment, garden and furniture. Convenient to town and shops and takeaways. And close to beaches.definately recommend.
