"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

"Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

"I am a visitor from Germany and don’t know Cardiff. This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . "We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...
