The homes worked perfect for us. We had plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen area with everything we needed, and a great bedroom layout for 5 families. You're less than 10 minutes from town where you can get anything you need, good restaurants, and nice shops. The gondola's up to Epic Discovery was a huge hit with the kids, a bit pricey but a lot of fun. We played a nice round of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club with breathtaking views of the mountains. We also had a nice day on Dillon Lake renting a pontoon boat for the day. All in all a great trip.

Beautiful home with the perfect floor plan for our group. We stayed here for our family reunion and there were rooms to accommodate all ages. Common areas with views of the mountains were great for gathering. Plenty of privacy with bedrooms on different floors. Wildlife viewing from the balcony every evening. Megan is a responsive host. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

This was a great property. We had a good time. The space was perfect for my group of 15 with still much space left for additional folks if we wanted to. However I must’ve missed it and my group must’ve missed it in our analysis of places we didn’t realize that both units were not physically connected, but I think that was over shadowed by the fact that for the price range we got so much space. I think for that price range we would’ve been doubling up in rooms for a large group of 15 with any other units so we quickly got over it the fact that we couldn’t easily walk from one unit to the. The host was great and quick to respond whenever questions we had. All in all great location, great property, great host!

Great House for Group Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time at this home. We had 10 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was a 15 min drive to Breck which was easy to manage. Would recommend!

Daughter’s Wedding

The property was large enough to accommodate our family and close friends for our gathering. The property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make everyone feel comfortable. A short drive to Breckenridge center make the location perfect.

Wonderful Retreat

Our extended family (17 of us: infant, toddlers, teens, parents, grandparents) spent two nights at this great property. Our biggest objection: we could not stay longer. The property measured up to and exceeded our expectations. A lovely, accessible location in a quiet location. All rooms were large and comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and numerous: cot and high chairs for infants; games for all ages; nice fireplaces with comfortable seating and cozy (and numerous) blankets; large beach towels for dips in the hot tub. And enough dinnerware and cutlery for our large (and constantly eating) group. The unanimous vote of everyone: to return again for a longer stay.

Great house for a large group

Overall we had a great stay! This house has two separate units with plenty of beds and sleeping spaces. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to town depending on which side of downtown you're going. The units are not attached from the inside so unfortunately they do feel a bit separated from each other. We did have an issue with the door code when we arrived but the host was quick to respond and was able to get it reset for us within a few minutes. While we were there, the slide screen doors at the back door would easily come off

Great Place for Large Groups

Had an excellent time ringing in the New Year. The houses were in great shape with all the amenities you could ask for. The owner was very responsive to all needs. I would highly recommend.

Excellent family getaway

We had an early Thanksgiving/family reunion here. The shared duplexes were perfect for a family our size. Lots of beds, two kitchens (!) and lots of places for folks to break away. Awesome!

Great Rental!

Stayed in Blue River for our wedding. Megan's home housed our friends and family easily, and she was very easy to communicate with. It had everything you could need, clean, and the views from the hot tub were beautiful!

Blue River

Wonderful property! Condo was large and very clean, and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Family enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was beautiful and we saw wildlife in the woods surrounding condo. We saw a fox and we saw a mama Moose and her calf. The family enjoyed the spacious hot tubs. Location was close to all activities but in a quiet development.

Spacious

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and it had plenty of room for everyone,. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, we needed a high chair and the ne at the house was broken but she replaced it fir us right away.
