"This property was exceptional, and the Penrod’s were gracious hosts. If you are looking to get away and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature, or if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and everything outdoors, this place is for you! Sharing this experience with my 3 teenage kids, I never heard once that they didn’t have anything to do. They loved it here and the amenities were everything we needed! "

"I loved this sweet little house! It had everything I could possibly need and was so peaceful! I enjoyed the birds and the ground hog in the morning as well as the tree frogs at night. The bed was so comfy I will definitely be back next year! "

"Moose Lodge outdid itself! The place is immaculate, very well stocked, and decorated in super fun and appropriate ways. We were tentative about the gravel road and steep climb, but my SUV did perfectly well on the climb up and ride down. There is lots of room, large bathrooms, and several excellent places to sit outside and inside. The fire pit served as a great place to chill and to roast marshmallows. "This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you!"

"This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. Tony, the host was excellent about communication and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered great recommendations of local spots to grab a meal.
