This place is horrendous. First, they did not provide a free parking spot as listed. Then we get there and the code doesn't work to enter the door. After someone left and we were able to get in the front door is off its hinge, so we have to lift the door up to open it. I then use the bathroom and as i close the door the doorknob fell off. Multiple cabinets had broken hinges. The whole place was dirty. Dirty dishes, couch with stains, bed sheets and blankets with stains, and dirty carpets. We complained the first night with photos of the stains and they replied that there was no other apartments available but someone wpild be by to clean and fix the place up. We got back late the next day and nothing had been touched and it was too late to do much. That night the water heater went out. We called the next day to complain and they gave us instructions over the phone to fix the water heater. When we opened the closet to fix it, we dound a closet filled with dirty moldy linens. Absolutely disgusting. They said no one could come clean because everyone was busy with family. We also found mold in the washing machine. And the freezer was completely frozen over. We were both not feeling well (i have mold allergies) so we cut our stay short and got a hotel down the street. This place was an absolute nightmare. Dirty, broken, we had to pay for parking every day, and every day we had to wait for residents to come or go to be able to enter the building. Customer service was atrocious.
