Beautiful, Quiet and Relaxing! Just what we needed!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful location on Brewer's Bay! The house was perfect for just the two of us. It is secluded, which was what we were looking for. Our host was out of town but his son took care of us and checked in on us. We liked how we could just unplug, read our books, and enjoy the beautiful views. The sunsets were amazing as described and we enjoyed all of our happy hours and dinners on the deck overlooking the gorgeous view. There was no need to go out to dinner as this was the best view on the island. Thank you to Ben and Zeb for the hospitality and a beautiful villa! We hope to be back someday!

Amazing Stay
Very relaxing stay, the property is nestled at the bottom of a hill with views that are hard to describe. Watching the sunset while in the pool was the best. If you're looking for a romantic getaway this is your place, we hated to leave! Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful home!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here and it is the best place we have ever stayed!! It had everything we needed and we honestly didn't want to leave. The view and sunsets were incredible and the hospitality of the home owner was exceptional! We cannot wait to go back!

Great private location with amazing views!
Location was incredibly private. The house was awesome and had everything needed. Absolutely loved the pool and the view from it. Speaking of the view, best we have ever stayed at. It was serene looking out on the ocean/island and watching the boats go by. Ben (host) was great providing information on the area and was available if needed. Would book again without hesitstion.

Spectacular views
Ben’s house was a perfect location for a much needed Caribbean getaway. Although we lost power a couple of times for a few hours each, we had a fabulous visit. The views are absolutely stunning from the house and pool, and the house is 100% private. Brewers Bay is an uncrowded and beautiful beach just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Another highlight of our trip was Smugglers Cove and Nigel’s Beach Bar about 25 minute drive from house. Overall would recommend Ben’s house, just would suggest a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Amazing property
As per all the other reviews, Kerensa is an amazing property that I would 100% recommend for a couples getaway. The property exceeded our already high expectations. We had some extreme weather during our stay that knocked out the power for a day, but Ben was great at communicating with us and providing updates. There were some mosquitos so take bug spray. Not horrible though. While Google maps has Kerensa on there, I would not recommend using it for navigation as it is not very accurate on where the roads are actually located. We switched to Apple Maps and it was much better. When you get close to the property, focus on Ben’s directions he provides as he points out landmarks that are very helpful. We didn’t initially and got lost. Overall, fantastic place you should book immediately!

Don't miss this!
The pictures do not fully capture this paradise retreat! We had an amazing stay. It was so relaxing. The privacy is like nothing I have seen before. Great beaches are just a few minutes away. We absolutely loved our time here and we will be back!

Second time better than the first
This was our second stay and it won’t be the last at Kerensa. Private, secluded and peace and quiet. Ben is the best to work with. Sun set views over Jost VanDyke are amazing. Relatively Short walk down to Brewers Bay beach, steep climb back but a good workout. Ferry rides to Virgin Gorda and the surrounding islands are a cheap great way to get around and spend the day exploring. Book it!

Five star view, five star house!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The highlights were the hot tub tucked in a secluded spot with an amazing view of the ocean, the view from the house was gorgeous, the property was beautifully designed and very cleanly. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back! People staying here should have a car and be okay with a long stairwell down to the house.

Magical
We stayed for 5 days and this place was stunning. The views were incredible and the home was well equipped. Very private. Bed was comfortable and the hot shower was such a cool feature. We rented a car and drove to Brewers bay for a few afternoons. The driveway is rough so take your time. I cook and loved the appliances along with the grill. If you want to use the espresso machine you’ll have to get ground espresso at a coffee shop. It’s the jungle so it got a bit buggy at times if that bothers you. Owner supplied some Off spray so we used it but bring whatever you like for mosquitoes. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing home
We booked this 6 years ago and Hurricane Irma changed our plans, we finally got here and it did not disappoint, homey, tranquil and quiet, The views are spectacular, the pool is simply stunning, the home is very homey and comfortable, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone staying on Tortola. It’s been 6 years and worth every minute spent here. Thank you Ben! And thank you Kerensa!!

A mountainside paradise!
The property is exactly as described, if not better! The view is spectacular, and the house is very well-equipped. Very close to Brewer’s Bay beach, which is the overall best beach for relaxing/swimming/snorkeling. The Sonos speaker system was wonderful as well - provided a great atmosphere. Ben was available for questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. A rental car is definitely a plus, and 4-wheel drive is a MUST. 10/10 would recommend this house and will likely return! Thank you for a WONDERFUL week!!

property was not ready for renting
House and view was fantastic. lost power twice once was property electrical breaker issue other was power company. ran out of propane on grill and house in the middle of cooking and both had to be replaced. pool started to grow algae during stay they had to come out and clean it. Ants where all over kitchen when we arrived had to buy spray to eliminate. took awhile to find house attendant did not reply to any communication the night we arrived so it took a couple of hours to find the house.

Amazing View!
We stayed at this beautiful villa for our 29th anniversary. The house was furnished nicely, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. and the view was amazing. We made it a point to come home at the end of each day to watch the sunset from the pool. The villa's location made it easy to get around and while it is in a secluded spot, we had easy access to beaches and restaurants. The owner was easy to get in touch with if we needed him which was only once during our whole stay. I highly recommend this villa overlooking Brewers Bay!!

Amazing Little Paradise
Kerensa was a magical place for my wife and I on our honeymoon. The view is absolutely amazing and the pictures don’t nearly do it justice. The pool deck is a perfect little oasis to relax all day. The sound system plays inside and out to keep the vibes going all day. The back deck is perfect for breakfast with that amazing view, as well as naps in the hammock. The house itself is simple but cozy and comfortable with a nice open floor plan. The star of this property though is the privacy. There is only one way in and out through a gated path. The house is situated down some steps on the edge of a hill surrounded by jungle. The only people who could spot you are those on the sail boats down in Brewers Bay, but they would need some very strong binoculars. Getting to this location comes with a bit of a challenge. The roads on Tortola are narrow, steep and rough. I would recommend a 4WD vehicle. Many past guests at Kerensa, as well as our host Ben, recommend Paradise Jeep Rentals and I am going to do the same. Koya was great. She picked us up at the ferry, took us to the grocery store, then drove us to the property and helped with bags. She also gave suggestions for things to do around the island. Even with so much to do and see around Tortola, when we did get away from Kerensa to explore the beaches, we just really wanted to get back to the pool deck. This is a gem of a property and an absolutely wonderful stay. We can wait to get back as soon as we can.

Incredible Honeymoon Stay
I don't really have words to describe how beautiful Kerensa is. The villa is perfect...the location is secluded, peaceful, and romantic location. The pool, hot tub, hammock, views, lush vegetation, sunsets, out door shower. Literally perfect. I truly hope we are lucky enough to come stay again in Tortola at Kerensa. Thank you, Ben!

Amazing sunset views!
This was our Anniversary trip! An amazing property built into the side of a cliff using natural landscape. We planned our days around being home to watch the sunset in the pool - highly recommend, it won’t disappoint! The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked in most days. Loved having Sonos radio inside and outside house accessible by tablet . Ben was easy to work with and very attentive.

The Perfect Get Away

This was our second stay at Kerensa. The location is completely private and the views unparalleled! Our two week rental was the perfect setting to celebrate a milestone birthday and milestone wedding anniversary. The beauty of the villa with its open-air vibe is very relaxing. Highly recommend this villa!
