"We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!"

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."

"The house was perfect size for my husband and I. Located in Brewster, the house was convenient to all the Cape has to offer. We traveled with our dog who loved exploring and hiking on all the conservation areas in Brewster. "We do a yearly trip to the Cape every year. We have stayed at the Ocean Edge Golf Resort with family previously and I liked the layout and location of this condo much better. The main bedroom is on the main floor and the loft has three beds, perfect for the kids. They also have access to a tv with a firestick. It is a very safe and cute community with multiple pools ($25 per person per day so choose wisely), golf, tennis, and a restaurant. You can also go across the street to the Ocean Edge...

"We had a great experience staying for a long weekend--in town for a wedding. My only criticism is not with the unit or host, both of which were terrific, but the resort area was poorly staffed. We wanted to use the facilities and there was no one available after 4 visits to tell us how we could do so. In the end, we just went ahead and used the pool and exercise room, but could not access the beach. Not the fault of the owner. Thanks for a great stay!"
