The yard, the porches, and the entire interior are so cozy and comfortable. The check in and check out processes were smooth. The neighborhood is quiet. I am already looking forward to going back! "Was the perfect spot for a small group in town for a wedding! One bathroom but made it work with 6 of us just fine. Great location with lots of good spots in walking distance. "

"Great place, perfect if youre going to the amphitheater and may have a couple drinks, because the walk there and back is not bad at all. Only thing was we were wondering what the earplugs were for, and being so close to the ocean, the seagulls were obviously what they were for. All jokes aside, I highly recommend. It was clean and cozy, and really convenient for our concert"
