You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . "Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"We stayed in Canopy Lane for a PSU football game. It was about a 35 minute commute, not bad at all. The home was very clean and Charlene was very responsive. I Highly recommend finding the house in the daylight. Charlene was sweet enough to leave us Staples in the refrigerator and muffins and fruit for our arrival. I highly recommend this home "

"Beautiful cabin very friendly owners. Had a couple hiccups at first but all worked out. It is secluded and peaceful yet still close enough to any stores or activities that you might want to do while you are there. There are no TVs and we didn’t kiss them at all we took time to sit in the porch, listen to the creek and birds, we even did a puzzle while were were there. Thank you to the hosts that allowed us to escape from our everyday life."
