"Me and 3 other 40 somethings stayed the weekend in Granbury and had the best time. House was great! Walk to the square was a bit longer than we’re used to, but still easy and safe. Even made a fire in the pit and relaxed with a glass of wine! Only “complaint” we had was the bathroom barn doors. They don’t close all the way, come off track constantly, and one of the ladies got stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night because the doors wouldn’t open. "If you’re looking for someplace wholesome in the country with clean fresh air and everything you need to feel at-home, this is the place for you. You’ll see cows, hummingbirds, horses, and donkeys here and it’s a lot like returning to a place of simplicity and sanity. I enjoyed getting out of the city and remembering what peace and quiet feels like. We’re purchasing a small ranch home nearby and it was a nice reminder of why."

"This rental is one we will miss tremendously! Even our dogs loved the property. We spent a lot of time outside on the property and it’s truly a peaceful place. This house is a modern twist on a real farmhouse and it was lovely. Had enough of everything you would need. Lots of wildlife from precious deer, cows, turkeys, and beautiful horses. The inside was well decorated and appealing. This house makes you question why you live in the city/ suburbs. Great WiFi and a great place to be. "

"This is a converted shed, so it is very small. That being said, it was comfortable and easy to manuver around in. The floor plan works and I was very impressed by that. Perfect for one or two adults. The loft bed was comfortable but you cannot sit up so be aware of that. I came in on a day where the weather dropped from 70's to 30's and woke up freezing. The fire place did not work, nor did the heater. However, the property manager was always quick to respond and did bring us a space heater. I...

"We stayed at the Rocky Ridge retreat. Nice little place two bdrms. Was close enough to be in Hudson Oaks or Weatherford quickly, yet far enough out to be relaxed. Leeann was a great hostess.
