"The staff are all lovely - this is the 2nd time I have stayed here as it's close for visiting relations. Rooms are lovely except that you can't really open the windows (in the rooms I've been in) as they open over the roof where the extracted fans are for the kitchen :( Food is excellent - had breakfast & evening meals there. Will definately stay here again!"

BUT... the floors are wooden and look great, when late night guests come in with high heels on orceatlybtisers make microwaved scrambled eggs be prepared to be woken as sound proofing isn't great. The room we stayed in, the little house is very small, my advise is to move or get rid of the TV as in its current position it's no more than a radio. The stairs are very hard to negotiate as...

"I have spent 20 years visiting the New Forrest for holidays and I wish I had found this place before, it is a gem. The owner Chris was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another stay for later on this year while we were there. I cannot recommend this location highly enough."
