Nice Place
The house was just as expected, the place was clean and easy to find. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing, but other than that it was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Hard to find. Need better instructions or directions. Didn't like all the stray dogs and cats. The actual house was nice and charming.

Initial impressions deceives
The property is located on a rural gravel/ dirt road but can be managed with a regular vehicle. There is a large yard for parking, but not much else until you get inside. Then you see it has so much more to offer! Three comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a large table that sat 9 folks and was great for games as well as eating. Fully stocked kitchen & laundry facilities. Two covered porches & a back yard with 3 grills, a hot tub, fire pit & wood & a big back yard. There were 3 well behaved. neighbor dogs and a black cat that all guarded the area at night. Instructions inside on how to handle if you are not an “animal person”. One of the 2 fold out couches was broken and not suitable for an adult which necessitated the purchase of a inflatable bed. The kitchen spray has a small leak into a pan under the sink. I would recommend this property, but don’t count couch # 2 as a sleeping option.

Great place
We loved this place we stayed here for the TAC shoot there were 10 of us this place was great. Only bad thing was we never got WiFi to work but it didn’t slow us down.

Great spot to relax
This was a great spot to just get away from everything and relax. Everything was clean and stocked with all the supplies you'd need (except food). They had turned the hot tub on before my arrival, so it was ready to go as soon as I unpacked! Will definitely be back.

Fall Break family get away
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean and had plenty of towels, bedding and pillows (that were of great quality)! The only thing I would suggest is some grilling tools (we did buy a metal turner and left it there). I would also let guests know that the stopper for the bathtubs do not work and you need the stopper that is under the main bathroom sink. I found it when I was making sure we didn't leave anything behind...I apparently left my makeup in the bedside table drawer-LOL. The hot tub was AMAZING. I will say the last day or so it was beginning to have a slight smell, so maybe it needed a chemical??? We spent a LOT of time in it, so maybe that is why. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely consider coming back. We go to Beaver's Bend every year for Fall Break, so this definitely is on our top spots to stay. Thank you so much for making our stay so nice!

Perfect stay at Little House on the Prairie
This house was just what we needed. It was clean, private and comfortable for 3 families with small children. It had everything we needed. We loved the privacy and it was a close enough drive to all of our activities.

Nice property, with quirks
Property is nice, but they have a serious bug infestation (ants, grasshoppers, spiders, crickets) The kitchen is fully stocked. Would stay again. Hopefully bugs are take care of by then

The place was spotless. I would absolutely stay again.
Great quiet location. Plenty of communal space with great cooking space. Bathrooms were spotless and couches/beds were very comfortable and super clean. Would without a second thought stay again

Worst experience
This is not in Hochatown as advertised. The address given sends you the main office in Hochatown where no one answers the door or phone. The physical location is west of Broken Bow. There is no water tower anywhere as described in the directions and the dirt road doesn’t have a street name. The road is a crappy dirt road and the rain made it almost impossible to get in and out. We were lost 2 hours before we actually found the house. The house is great and i have no complaints about it despite the location. If you have a car i recommend you NOT stay here!
