"Very nice, comfortable set up for a small group or family. It was close to everything that we needed & wanted …including the city beach. Lots of water toys were available if you want to haul them out. We decided to rent for the kayak & tubing events, just easier. The communication with the host was quick & helpful. I highly recommend. "This is our second year with my grandchildren - 10, 6 & 12. The layout of the house is perfect for adults and children with a large dog. The fenced in back yard is great for Odie and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice walk to antique shops. Publix, Swampy's and The Blue Run is 5 minutes away. "We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. "
