"My sister, 11-year-old nephew, and I had a wonderful three-night stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and wonderfully decorated. The fold-out sofa was very comfortable for me to sleep on. The location was perfect for us, within a short walk of many places we wanted to visit, and there was hardly any street noise at night. Helen was a great communicator and excellent host. Highly recommend!"

"It was a short stay, but place was clean. It had four bottles of water in the fridge. Bathroom was very clean and had it enough shampoo and conditioner (we forgot ours) and plenty of towels. It had a properly working A/C. There was espresso coffee and nespresso machine for me to have my coffee in the morning. It was closed to restaurants and a market. The windows had shade. I felt comfortable and was able to watchTV without a hassle. The WiFi was fast. They even provided earplugs which they were...

"The check in was confusing, until they got me to the right person. The front person was a little abrupt, but eventually he looked and found i needed to go to back room. After that. It was awesome"

"The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing...

"Hope & Agnes were very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the location. Nearly unlimited restaurants and bars. All our meals in the area were excellent. The subway is very easy from the apartment. Great experience!"

"My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! "
