"We were a group of 8 women who visited for a weekend in January. This home could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for and was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! "Had a family get together over Thanksgiving. The owner provided wood for a real wood fire. We so much enjoyed sitting in the old cabin part of the house after dinner and chatting with family in front of a roaring fire. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and well appointed. It is a short walk to Story, IN and backs up to the state park. We had some nice walks in the woods during our stay. . "

"It was very relaxing. I will say that the shower had no handles to help you get in and out. It is a very deep tub. Also you did not provide a shower mat. Tubb was slick. In fact I almost fell. The hot tub was nice Friday night but on Saturday the jets did not work. That was disappointing. Also you need to have a sign out in front because it was hard to find. You had an address on the mailbox just the numbers. But you needed to have the name of the place. Not a good place to stay if you wanted to...
