To start off ,Vivian is a warm and beautiful host. Vivian is available over and above anyone that I have rented a vacation home from before. The property is well maintained , warm and inviting. Easter weekend
Our Easter weekend at this lake house was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the beautiful lake views from the back porch and had a blast fishing from the dock. We caught so many fish! Overall, it was the perfect getaway for our family. We'll definitely be back to Lake Brownwood!

We had a great time. Home is just as listed. Very comfortable and lots of sleeping options for every age. Dock is wonderful and we did a lot of fishing. We brought jet skis and were able to tie up at dock. Water at the dock is deep and the kids had fun in the water. Quiet area. We will rent again.

Gorgeous property with ALL the amenities!
We haven’t been to Lake Brownwood in years and my husband and I grew up going to this lake all the time! We were excited to share it with friends who had never been! The house is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need (and more) for a great stay! The dock was perfect for our group with boats and jet skis and located in a great area of the lake! We will definitely book here again!

Best Property & Host ever!!
There is not one negative thing about this property or the owner Vivian! She is definitely a Super Host! Everything you need is there and more. The ice machine was such a plus and the Black Stone grill made everything perfect. The dock is wonderful and the kids loved jumping from the diving board. Fishing is good and where the property is located it is usually so calm and not rough at all (with the exception of boats coming by) it is great. We have stayed here many times and will stay even more. Thank you Vivian for your generosity and such a beautiful home. Thrash, Johnson and Ferguson Family

Lake Weekend
Easy check in and out. Home is clean, tidy and beautifully updated/decorated. Kitchen is full of appliances and utensils to make cooking easy for the weekend. Perfect sized back porch and yard for hanging out. Dock is great for chilling by the lake, jumping in the water and fishing. Can’t forget the beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. We had friends with a lake house a few doors down so this made it easy to meet up and hang out. This home was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids with ages ranging from 2-10. Thank you.

We love this place!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and cozy lake house! It had everything we needed and was set up perfect for our family. We loved the back porch and boat dock. We brought our boat so it was perfect to be able to tie up our boat and come on and off the water. We will definitely be booking this home again when we come back to visit our family in Brownwood :)
