"This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

"A very nice holiday park, good size and good location for access to the beach, with Tesco express just up the road and only a short drive to Asda. It was quite hot over the weekend we stayed and the bedrooms did get hot, a fan would have been useful with young children as having the windows open was too noisy at that time. The lodge was clean, nicely presented and we would definitely look to stay again."

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Hayloft. I thought that it might be too small for a four-night stay (2 adults and a dog) but it wasn't at all- it actually felt quite spacious and the bathroom was huge. The little dressing area was a nice addition and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The garden area was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and had an abundance of beautiful flowers. Debra really has a designer's flair and added lots of lovely touches throughout....

"The Grape Escape is a fabulous little hideaway tucked away in the corner of the vineyard. We has a lovely quiet 2 night stay, the cabin is equipped with everything you need. Adrian came to say hello, but apart from one of his workers and a tour group that passed by we didn’t see a soul. Will definitely be back. "

"Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

"This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

The following morning we had breakfast and it was very busy. There was only one coffee machine and it kept breaking down so there was a long queue to get drinks.
