"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay...

"Overall, a great stay despite the need for a little maintenance here and there. The location and views are amazing, and we didn't miss AC in the common area as the breeze flowed through beautifully. The host was very attentive when needed but otherwise we wouldn't have known he was right upstairs. The dogs were not an issue for us, they were very sweet.The rating for "Cleanliness" should more accurately be for "Maintenance" for minor things. "Apartment had all your essential cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator also had milk and orange juice. You do need to buy laundry detergent,hand soap and shampoo. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Didn't have a coffee drip maker so you have to improvise to make coffee. Bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again."

"The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels."

"We stayed for 9 nights and the condo was centrally located in Frigate bay in between the restaurants and bars and the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, she even stopped in to check on us during a short power outage due to an accident! Would stay here again! "

"This place is amazing! It was like a private retreat with an exclusive beach almost to yourself. Access to The Pavillion Club pool and restaurant made the place even better. Wilfried is an amazing host and an outstanding communicator. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice private location to relax. "A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay "

"I booked the Koi Villa in St Kitts for my birthday and the staff was very helpful before I arrived and communicative. They ensured my stay was extremely comfortable, pleasant, and overall AMAZING!
