"This is probably the cleanest, most beautiful hotel for the money we’ve ever stayed in. The nightly rate was comparable to the other hotel rooms in town, but here you get a huge spacious apartment! All new, chic, and very comfortable. Easy to walk to Wharf St. and the dining and shopping area too! The manager was very responsive, friendly and accommodating as well! This place is a gem!"

"Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. "We loved are stay at this beautiful rustic oceanfront home. The large windows along the entire ocean side of the house were a highlight. We view of water, boats, wildlife; sounds of waves on the rocks right outside; and ocean air were at once both invigorating and peaceful. "As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "
