"Location was great and very quiet. The unit was very clean.Easy access to the beach and not too far from the grocery store. Only difficulty was finding space for the pack and play for the baby to sleep in. There was a lot of furniture in the unit and not much space to move around. Other than that, we had a very nice comfortable stay"

"Latane was a very welcoming , friendly & helpful host. The IH is close to restaurants, 49th St beach access & neighborhood is quiet—great for walking, biking & running. For those not keen on those activities, Latane has a very nice golf cart for rent—perfect for exploring Oak Island. Would stay here again! Thank you! "

"Perfect for what we were looking for- Not too busy and beautiful. The space was just the right size for us, but could easily fit kids. The deck is awesome (big). The walk to the beach is shorter than some walks from 'on the beach' places.Someone did note the master bed is soft- Yep, it's soft. So if you are use to firm, be ready.The beach is wide and super clean. Well worth it!"

"Great place to stay and exactly as advertised! Would 100% stay here again. The pull out couch was great for our little boys, but I believe adults would find more to be desired. Walkability and parking was perfect and as always, OIB was great. "

"This house is a gem! There are so many little added details that make it cozier, convenient and enjoyable while traveling. Super clean too! The only way to get closer to the beach would be being ocean front, access is literally across the street. Great view of the ocean from the deck that’s equipped with sturdy furniture and has gates to keep the dogs/kids in (huge sigh of relief). Jordan was very easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back again! "
