"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"We had an amazing week at this property! There was a warm welcome from the hosts and then plenty of privacy in the comfy apartment and garden with sweeping views of the mountains. We had an excellent stay and would love to come again in the future. The lake and surrounding area is stunning!"

"Franco y su hija fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Llegamos en un horario complicado para buscar sitio donde comer y Franco se preocupó de buscarnos y reservar un sitio cercano. Le pedimos una tostadora y nos la acercó por la tarde. Como punto negativo he de decir que anda un poco escaso de menaje en la cocina y le faltan muchos detalles que estoy segura irán supliendo poco a poco."

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung im 1. Stock und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist unheimlich nett und hat viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Einkauf und Restaurantbesuche auf Lager. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und die Benutzung in Abwechslung mit den anderen Feriengästen war problemlos. Selbst unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in der Casa Frey. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Nous avons séjourné en famille à la "Maison du lac" à Orta San Giulio en août 2024, elle est charmante et extrêmement agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, au bord du lac et très calme même si la maison est située à 5 minutes à pied du centre. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. "El hotel dice que es de 4* pero justito llega a 3*. No hay salas de estar con luz permanente, no hay aire acondicionado ni en la recepción ni en la sala de estar (sin luz). No hay una zona de descanso. Nos cobraron la habitación nada más entrar. El último día no funcionaba el agua caliente y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba muy deteriorada, tanto que me corté. El desayuno muy justito para ser un hotel de 4*. "
