The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"We had an amazing week at this property! There was a warm welcome from the hosts and then plenty of privacy in the comfy apartment and garden with sweeping views of the mountains. We had an excellent stay and would love to come again in the future. The lake and surrounding area is stunning!"

"Wohnung mit einem schönen Blick auf den See inkl. kleinem Balkon (wir haben zu dritt auf dem Balkon frühstücken können). Die Lage ist top, der gesamte Ort kann zu Fuß erkundet werden! Was in Orta San Giulio sehr wichtig ist, es gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz zur Wohnung!! Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig und einfach eingerichtet. "

Einzig die kleine Kochzeile ist nichts fuer Selbstversorger und die enge Hofeinfahrt eine fahrerische Herrausforderung..Aber, eh, wir sind in Italien, und da sollte man nicht so zimperlich sein. Zumal die nächste Bar und der öffentliche Parkplatz nicht weit sind. "

"Für zwei Personen eine sehr geräumige Wohnung, mit viel Stauraum und sensationellen Blick auf den See. Wir hatten nichts vermisst, im Gegenteil. Schade nur das der Staubsauger nicht funktionierte, der Besen hat nur Staub aufgewirbelt. Es gibt eine Garage, die ist zwar nicht sehr breit, aber mein Mann hat es trotzdem geschafft das Auto einzupacken. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug. Da die Wohnung doch ziemlich hoch ist, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Das Ort ist eher verschlafen, daher die zwei Sterne...

"Une chouette semaine au calme en montagne. Nous aimons les lieux un peu atypique et loin de la foule. Ayant un métier entouré de personnes et de demandes constantes, j aime me retrouver dans des petits déserts humains. Ce petit chalet est situé en montagne au dessus de Biella en Italie. Pour y accéder, il faut une voiture SUV ou 4/4. La route qui mène à la maison est non goudronnée et cela prends 10 minutes pour arriver. Bien faite les courses avant car le premier supermarché est à Biela....

Wir haben alle Infos zum Haus selbst als auch für Aktivitäten in der Nähe bekommen. "We spent 14 lovely days here. In fact, you needed a car for every activity or shopping, but it was very quiet and you had a great view of the mountains. From here you could make many excursions (Arona, Spesa, Lago d'Orta ...). The host gave us lots of tips.The apartment offers enough space for a family of four with younger children (2 and 6 years old), provided you share the large bed or the parents sleep on the sofa bed. "We stayed at this property with our toddler. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The property is very pretty and has everything you need. But some things potentially need updating. Pella is a very small village with a good ice cream place and a small shop directly opposite the property which sells very yummy pizza."
