"We made a bit of a mess up with our check in administration but the owner was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The property itself is spotlessly clean and in a wonderful location. I highly recommend a relaxing stay here. We wish we had longer and would like to return."

"Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...
