"My family had an excellent experience at this property. Beginning with communication, easy straightforward self check in especially as non-German speakers all the way to the amenities, it was an experience that deserves 5 stars. The space was perfectly clean, well maintained, updated with AC available for warm nights and all amenities available were good quality from the coffee to the towels. We particularly appreciated the housekeeper who had the sofa bed made up and ready for us to crash...

"Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und unglaublich geräumig. Wir haben den großen Garten sehr genossen, perfekt um draußen zu sitzen und zu entspannen. Das Haus liegt auf dem Hof eines Bauernhofs, und ein Supermarkt ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Natur lieben. Wir konnten viele verschiedene Vögel beobachten – und sogar ein Reh lief durch den Garten. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen!"

"En las condiciones establecidas por hoteles.com decía que si cancelaba después de las 16:00 horas o no me presentaba me cobrarían una tarifa equivalente a la primera noche más impuestos, lo cual es razonable, pero "BEST Western Hotel Achim Breme" me cobró el 90% del total de la reserva, o sea 638 €. Luego se negó a hacer la devolución, pero gracias a la gestión hecha por hoteles.com al final me hicieron el reembolso, y una compensación por parte de hoteles.com, aunque dos semanas después pudo hacerse efectivo por políticas del banco, lo cual provocó que la Celebración Navideña no fuera como esperaba. Bien por hoteles.com y muy mal por parte de "BEST Western Hotel Achim Breme"."
