The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room. I informed the person I was in contact with and they didn’t do anything about any of it. I had to take care of things myself, changing light bulbs and putting a bucket under the water heater to collect the water so I wouldn’t have to constantly dry the floor. I had a really bad experience. The people managing the place seemed clueless! I texted them the day before I left to arrange for them to get the key and they never replied. I texted them again earlier the day I was leaving explaining I had to leave for the airport at 11am and they didn’t reply until 10am. By 11:10am I left the property and they hadn’t come get the key yet!!! I had to leave it with my brother for them to collect later. Really unprofessional. I don’t think I will ever trust renting a place through a company without looking at it again.
