Lake house
The house was great, we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It was fun, relaxing and had what we needed, we didn't need to go anywhere else. We loved the kayaks, fuse ball, entertainment space and proximity to the lake. We'll be back!!

Excellent, Roomy, Fully Renovated, Fully Equipped
Ultra clean (didn't even challenge my allergies!), spacious interior, great location for us, fully updated with very nice appliances, greatly appreciated the under-counter ice maker, 3 levels to spread out, loved the 2 story dock with 2 boat slips and 2 floating jet ski docks, same-cove boat ramp is very convenient, generous parking. Deb was immediately responsive and helpful. The home has everything we needed and more! Most likely will use again next year.

Family fun!!
Just completed our family vacation and we must say that the property does not disappoint. Very well maintained older house with several rooms updated to current standards. Plenty of space to accommodate a large party. The new addition screened back porch is the star of the property. We spent a lot of time in it after spending a day of fun and sun down on the dock. Kids loved the kayaks and floating pads. If i was to give a negative, it would be the 70 stairs down to the water. Grandma made the trip once but it was a good workout for the rest of us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake get-away.

Fun Family Trip
We were thrilled with the property. It was beautiful and spacious for my husband and me, our two sons and their partners and our grandbaby. What a treat to spend time on the lake, play games, rent a boat and share my birthday together.

Family Vacation
We had such a fantastic week at this house! Everything we could have needed and more. Location was great. The deep water cove was perfect. We floated everyday, all day. Thank you for such a wonderful family vacation!

We love Lake Lanier
7th time visiting the lake - have had several dif houses to stay in.. loved location and the close access to the boat ramp since we bring our boat. Circular driveway accommodated our 4 vehicles. Neighborhood equally nice and very walkable! The house is dated - could use update on bedding. Kitchen was ok - big sink but no garb. disp and wasn't installed well so didn't drain as well. Side by side fridge was a bit crowded but lower fridge helped. Lots of spices but had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, salt & pepper, pens, and plastic containers - also bought a few small bowls and left there since there were only 2. Large kitchen table was nice for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids and high chair was helpful. MANY smart tvs everywhere but confusing on all the remotes and which ones went where - need to be labeled and also some batteries dead so had to buy new ones - should have extra available. Upstairs are 2 small bedrooms and one master(?) but only 1 small bathroom with one sink. We missed not having a master bath.. Stairwell is tricky and had to use wall switch to light the way! Nice additions- Ice maker at bar, packnplay, screened in porch, lily pad, Extra baby toys & games, quick response from owner - IMPROVEMENTS - doors to decks (very difficult to open), Over 100 steep steps from dock to inside house and landscape really needs work, really don't have view of lake, could use keurig coffee maker instead of 2 of same kind, smoke smell indoor FP. Still enjoyed our stay!!

Maintenance/housekeeping/comfort issues
We rented this property primarily for the location. The property itself was a below average experience. AC was not working properly. Technician showed up during our stay and slightly improved the airflow and stated the house is not properly ducted. Refrigerator leaked during our entire stay. Dishwasher improperly secured and unlevel. Basement bathroom in disrepair. Soap either diluted or empty. Lawn had not been maintained for weeks. Adjacent properties were mowed and trimmed. Outdoor furniture in poor condition or missing. Safety issues- Boat dock conducting electrical current into the water! Sectional sofa would not stay connected. Continual smell of smoke from fireplace. Stair nightlight/safety light missing on an unusual set of stairs. Large dead pine limb suspended over stairs leading to lake. Housekeeping - Mold in two showers. Dirty baseboards throughout. Excessive dust under beds Stains on comforter and blanket.

Great family summer vacation on the lake
This house was perfect for a larger family gathering. With several rooms and areas for people to hang out and a perfect eating area for the whole group. We had 10 family members (4 kids and 6 adults) stay for a week. The host even helped us find a boat rental place so we had a pontoon boat that we were able to keep at the dock. Fishing and swimming off of the dock, dinner as a family, boating and tubing around the lake, close places to hike and play golf, all made for an unforgettable vacation.

Amazing location and amenities on the lake!
Fantastic layout for a house on the lake. The bar was amazing, kegorator worked well and that space really made it a lot of fun. The dock was awesome, deep water with great swimming and space for our boat and jet skis! Only thing to be aware of... the walk from the dock to the house isnt super easy. Its safe, well lit and stairs are well made... just a lot of them; however for elderly folks that couldnt make it we simply picked them up at the boat ramp down the street. Honeslty. The house was perfect and the owner responded immediatly with answers to our questions and help when we needed it! We will stay again!

Excellent Property and Host
Great place to stay on Lake Lanier. Location was awesome and the house is perfect for a large group. We had four couples with children ranging from 8mo-4yrs and the house was perfect. The outside spaces and bar area are incredible and the dock was a ton of fun! On top of that, Deb was super great to communicate with and was very helpful in arranging things prior to the stay with the kiddos and recommending places to visit around the lake. Would highly recommend!

Great Lake house !
It was great place to spend time with the family. Lots of space for everyone and plenty of steps to keep you in shape ! Spent a lot of time swimming at the dock and using the kayaks provided. Owner was easily available for any questions. Would rent again.

New Year’s Eve vacation
Stayed at the property with a large family group. The house is just as listed. It’s very well spaced out for large parties to spend time together and also have privacy. The neighborhood and the lake were excellent. Quiet and tranquil and just a short drive to town. We loved the deer that would come visit! Would stay here again.

Celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday and celebrate Christmas Holidays with extended family.
Overall we were quite happy with the facilities. On the 23rd early morning we lost our electricity because of a cold wave the fuse at the transformer at the street level blew. We contacted the host. She was kind enough to expedite the repair working with local Utility. The cold wave was quite severe. The house central heating system was unable to coupe with it. So we talked to the owner and she was able to get us some supplemental heating units. The host was very receptive to our needs. The bar in the basement was excellent for the party for my daughter’s 50th birthday and Christmas Eve gathering. The living space at the main floor was quite extensive. We were able to accommodate 25 people to a sit down dinner catered by a local chef. There were several decks at multiple levels but unfortunately we were unable to use it because of the very cold weather.

Great Experience
Our entire experience was great from start to finish. The house was amazing and so roomy. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. We enjoyed the openness of the living room, dining room & kitchen areas. The game room/downstairs bar area was great too! Debbie was very responsive and friendly to work with. We would definitely look at staying at the house again when in the area.

Highly recommend!
Our extended family met up here for Thanksgiving, and we all were very happy with our stay. The home was everything we expected–and more. The pictures in the listing were accurate, and our family of 11 adults and a 12-year-old had plenty of room to be together in the connected kitchen/dining/living room area and also plenty of space to spread out to enjoy the other indoor and outdoor property areas. So many nice, welcoming touches throughout the home. Communication with Deb was excellent; she was very quick to answer all my questions. Most of all: don't miss the beautiful sunrise over the lake–there great views from all the decks.

Workcation
During our 2 week stay for work was fantastic. Was nice to come back to a house and cook in the nice kitchen. Also hanging out at the bar in the house and the decks. The morning visitors of deer was cool to see also. Swimming in the lake was a way to spend the few days we did get to enjoy. If we have to come back for work I would stay here again. Thanks
