The staff was more then helpful for booking transport to booking spa sessions etc. A special coup de cœur is Ketut who took care of our meals and cleaning. "Everything about this experience was excellent. The staff prepared great food and took great care of us. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. My only advice would be that travelers should know that it is about a 4-5 hour car ride from the airport in Denpasar. It is well worth the effort though, I cannot say enough about how happy we all were to have stayed here."

"Al hacer check in nos dieron ascenso con vista a la playa sin cargo, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, la comida era buena y cenar a la orilla del mar con música en vivo es muy recomendable. Ten cuidado al meterte al mar! Hay muchos corales y erizos que pueden hacerte pasar un mal rato, más sin embargo el snorkel es muy interesante hay mucha vida marina y está justo en frente del hotel.
