"Pretty good experience overall. Friendly staff and good service. Buildings are a little worn but function fine. Make sure to read check-in instructions before leaving home because you likely won’t have cell service here. Internet works well once you’ve checked in."

"My extended family was in town for a wedding nearby Dayton. This house was perfect for us. The kids (aged 2 - 8) loved the toy area, bunk beds and horses. This is a large house with plenty of bathrooms and relaxation areas. Kirby was super friendly and communicated very well throughout our stay. ..."

"It was very cute and cozy. We had the impression that it was more secluded and not on a busy street right in town, and one block from a busy school.
