Good space to all hang out together in the large living room. Bed was very comfortable, but the futons were a bit stiff to sleep on. Would stay again for a future Danville event! "

"Came for a Family Wedding. Stayed from a Friday to Sunday. Danville KY was about 30 Minutes away. It's the closest city, enjoyed the shopping area. Had a Bk, McDonald's, Cracker Barrel and a Pizza/Italian Buffet called Giovanni's very good. Has a Walmart and Ollie's. Good location to check out for shopping. "We loved our time at this Kentucky Riverside Retreat! Space was comfortable and spaceous, clean, and well maintained. Just an FYI for others, the dock is about 5 feet above the water surface. It did not make it easy to launch kayaks as there was not flat ground. Not sure if the water level was lower than normal, but you may want to bring a ladder or some mechanism to get into the water. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Nicole and TJ are amazing and super friendly! Their property is so clean and the barndominiun has everything you could ask for and things you didn’t even think of! The hot tub was perfect and the quietness of the country felt so good - way better than any hotel! Karl was the friendliest dog and the horses were great to see! Definitely would recommend staying here and we plan to come back again!"

"We were in town for a family wedding and some vacation. Great location to the Castle (wedding), Keeneland, KY horse park, downtown, pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Nice quiet neighborhood with good services nearby (grocery, restaurants). House was very comfortable for 4 adults. Great to have WiFi, movie channels, laundry, a backyard to relax in . . . . House could use a little TLC, but we had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. Communication with owner was terrific. ...

"Our group was in for a conference in Lexington. It is a good house for groups or a big family. The kitchen is well equipped and was very helpful as we cooked several meals. The kids loved the trampoline and the treehouse. Renter is extremely prompt and helpful in communication. Thanks for a great stay! "

"We loved our stay! Lots of space and comfort for our large group and more than enough entertainment for kids, adults and pups alike. Over 4th of July there were views of nearby fireworks off the front porch. The sunset off the back porch over the rolling hills was also exceptional. Kyle was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The nearby Wilderness Trails distillery is also worth visit!"
