"This is a great lake house - great size, excellent dock, wonderful decks. The house needs some basic maintenance and improvements. The lighting was pretty bad. The kitchen lacked silverware and was rather disorderly. The bath and kitchen towels were very worn and in poor condition. The game room was fun but had many broken games. We have fun and it was beautiful on the lake."

"My family throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. So many things to do just around the property. They had a list of anything you may have questions and had all the necessities in the kitchen. To top things off they were super to work with when my daughter left her precious stuffie at the rental and she is now reunited with it."

"Wonderful house and very responsive manager. House advertised having an electronic smart box controlling entry, but no such device was present. Fortunately there was a backup lockbox with a key nearby, but this took some time to communicate and discover. Many outside lights did not work, and this limited some planned evening activities after dark. Would be pleased to book this lake house for another family vacation next summer, but will need to get an exception allowed for another important...

"Beautiful property and setting, but we were greatly disappointed with the thermostat situation. It was either too cold or unbearably hot. We were unable to control the thermostat....we were told it is controlled remotely! This was a tremendous hindrance to our vacation, especially since a party member had breathing problems. "This is a great house for a large family and has a great layout and everyone had a great time. However, it's definitely in need of some deep cleaning. There are a lot of dead flies, mosquitoes and spiders towards the top of the high ceilings in the kitchen and living areas. The exterior needs to be power washed, a lot of debris in the yard and the grass had not been mowed in some time. We used the debris in the yard to burn in the fire pit. The arcade game does not work. The grille does not...

"What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The weather was sunny and warm, it was what our family needed. Thank you and we will be back. "
