"Great location on the cliff next to the Victorian tram. Check in took nearly 50 minutes. Not clear why, we were just queueing for a really long time. The hotel exterior looks fantastic, the lobby and most of the public areas are also really magnificent. This is the grandeur of the Victorian era. ..."
