"Beautiful attached extra suite in a beautiful neighborhood. It's right across from a playground and large grass area with sidewalks circling it for a nice walk for us and our dog. Pleasant neighbors and wonderfully accommodating hosts. To ensure our comfort, they provided a fan without request. The bed was comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep. We were only there 1 night, passing through, but it more than met our needs. We will definitely stay again!"

"All was in order. Simple check-in. I had a question, and she responded very quickly. A great location in a less populated area but not to far from all the tourist spots. Its the first time I tried staying at a residence instead of a nice hotel, and I was very pleased. There were easy directions to follow when checking out. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family meals, and we loved having the backyard for our dogs to play in. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around the area and explore. "I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests. "

"This rental is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are pleasant and most gracious when we accidentally left the lights on in the golf cart over night. Closest rental to Sumpter Landing and the adult pool is just down a short jaunt down the road. Highly recommend!"

Love that it’s extremely clean, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and so close to the neighborhood pool. Nanci (owner) and BK (property manager) were amazing. Super fast response time to questions.
