Lovely location
This is a great house with tons of space for multiple families. Plenty of room to relax separately or together. Perfect location. Overall very clean, and everything we needed. The only couple of downsides were that pets had obviously been inside the house as three of us had a terrible allergic reaction to the downstairs sofa, a couple had hives. We thought pets were only an allowed outside as per the listing. No blankets in November so some were cold at night. The minor maintenance issues somehow seemed worse as they would be so easy to fix and make this a real five star stay.

Great for a big group
We had 8 adults and 3 kids Was perfect size Heaps of room at the back for the kids to play. Nice spacious living and dining. Upstairs was great for the adults.

Great Busselton holiday house
We loved our stay in this home, was clean , great location, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Could have done with a couple of extra blankets as the weather was cold and perhaps have some wood chopped for the fireplace. Overall , we would highly recommend this property

Overpriced property
This property was clean. For the cost per night it was of a somewhat lower standard compared to other venues we have stayed at. There was a lack of homeliness to the property, no nice touches, artwork, rugs, or welcoming feeling. The kitchen cupboards were a nightmare to negotiate. There was only heating to the back of house living area. The quality of the paintwork and property up keep needed attention. There was one comfortable bed and however many others were rickety, or just of poor quality. On leaving the property the owners charged an extra $83 on top of the $545 as they claimed there was dog hair throughout the property!! Note there are others with similar reviews to this for the property, and the owners gave a testy response.

Salt is fabulous
Clean, spacious with lots of places for people to find a quiet corner. Good facilities although dishwasher is confusing to use. Beds are comfortable and linen clean. Place for kids to play outside, pool is warm, 3 x TV and lounge areas to choose from. A very short walk to the beach. Recommended

Perfect for combined family holiday
We had 3 families come together for a group family holiday - the property was perfect in terms of size and location. The pool was fabulous when it was too hot to have young children at the beach. There was enough space so we didn't feel crowded. Location is very good.

Poor home!
Hi, I give one star for our stay in this home!! Unfortunately this wasn’t fun at all because of the dishonesty of the provider. 1. Not clean. 2. Some of the appliances weren’t working. 3. Poor lighting. 4. Unbelievable old lounges. 5. Most mornings we were disturbed by the tradesman’s noise which was conducted by the property provider, cleaning the Pool & front yard and Backyard gardening with no permission. 6. In the property description it is clear stated Washing machine and dryer, when we went there was no dryer? I really hope you can get fixe the above issues, we’ve never had any problems in the past that we booked with Stayz. This is our feedback for what we have experienced and we must tell you hoping that the next family coming to stay in this home would have a better experience. Thanks

The property was clean and spacious. Lots of bedrooms for the family. The kitchen was well equipped and had good appliances. The linen and bedding was good quality and clean. The house was beautiful and the views from the balcony were fantastic. Recommend this property for a big family.

Family Holiday
Property was well appointed, great for family get together, well located close to beach, heaps of room and separate areas for all ages. Nice size back yard for kids to play, kids enjoyed the pool despite mild weather. Things to put on the to do list for owners, the draw mechanisms on kitchen cupboards should be looked at, very frustrating when they keep opening. Overall very happy with our stay! Thank you!

Great space for multiple couples
Five couples spent three nights during winter, Fireplace and provided wood made for a cosy stay, heat seemed to be flued in to the bedrooms. was quite noisy being such a high vaulted ceiling - door in hallway not working to close off the living area from the bedrooms. Overall a good stay for winter, bedrooms would be hot in Summer without air con in them.

A few things to note for improvement: Cupboards in the kitchen were extremely frustrating as would not close. Mattresses on several beds were uncomfortable Lighting throughout home particularly in the living areas and bathrooms was very dull..

Beautiful stay by the sea
Fantastic location, situated by the beach with sea views from the balcony. Lots of living space on both floors and having 3 ensuite bathrooms provided great comfort to everyone during the stay. TVs having chrome cast was great, we could stream from our phones with no issue and the wifi was good. The pool was in great condition, clean and shallow enough for the kids. Some room for improvement with the air conditioning, rooms on the ground floor did not have aircon. I would also suggest bringing a few bin bags and chux wipes as there was not many of these items within the kitchen. All in all, a great place to stay for a weekend away.

Love the living space and modern layout. It’s well equipped for large family groups >10 and the kids loved the pool! Also walking distance to the beach a plus. Communication with owners was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a holiday.

Great property for large family groups
We spent 4 nights at Salt with 10 adults and 3 children under 4. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of bathrooms. The property was very clean and fresh when we arrived. There was lots of firewood ready for the log fire (necessary) and the pool looked amazing and although very cold at this time of the year we did test it out. A very enjoyable stay.
