"Most beautiful country home to stay in. Very cozy and warm. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our chats with them. It’s a working farm and my husband coming from the farm really enjoyed that. Our best stay here in Wales or Britain as we are here for 6 weeks in all. Very nice walks on the road and the villages were beautiful. Very quiet stay as well and the bed was excellent. Very important. "

"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Stayed for three nights November 2024. Cottage was comfortable with everything you need for a short break. Cottage is a little tired, but was perfectly comfortably for our stay. Hosts were quick to respond. Hot tub was excellent - very clean. There were no household products so if you stay here bring toilet roles and fairy liquid! "

"We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center.
