"Great room, clean and modern. The parking lot and drive way are probably the only negatives i have. Overall still one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time. "

"Close to NIU with breakfast included for a reasonable price. The cleaning was not done daily as the page stipulated and the pool was closed for maintenance in summer."

"Stayed a week for work vs hotel. Nice apartment, clean bright everything I needed. Didn’t bother me but be aware long flight of stairs up, train goes by often, never really heard it from bedroom but you can hear it in living room not super loud just in background. Parking is about a short block away. Would definitely stay again."

"This place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and well thought out. We loved the spa area and had such a great time. The owners were beyond frendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and the raspberries were delicious. We will miss this place, especially Rocco!"

"Great comfortable, clean home for family weekend at NIU! We enjoyed the spacious living room, back yard and grill as well as a walks around the neighborhood. Host was very friendly & accommodating!! "

"Loved the layout, very clean, great bedding, once we got rolling manager easy to work with. The place is brand new so a few fixes needed and my one caution is the driveways are small and shared and the garage was too small for our truck. Other than that, great place and I’d both recommend and come back myself."
