"Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Pool und grandioser Aussicht. Frederica und Giuseppe waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !"

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! Auch so ist diese Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen, es ist einfach unglaublich!! Vielen Dank an Chiara und die gesamte Agriturismo La Conca für diese unvergessliche Zeit :)"

"It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

Bei Ankunft war ein kleiner Willkommensgruß aus italienischen Produkten zurechtgemacht. Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Familien ( 9 Personen ) bewohnt. "Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. "Nos tocó una habitación preciosa con una vista espectacular a las 3 torres y a las montañas. Esta sumamente bien ubicado, dentro de la zona histórica. El único tema es estacionarse: si llegas en coche en hora pico es literal imposible encontrar lugar de estacionamiento y tienes que dejarlo sumamente lejos y abajo en la colina, lo que hace que tengas que subir caminando muchísimo con mucha pendiente. "
