"Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer. We were 15 minutes from Kelly Park where we did kayaking and got to see a night rocket launch step away from the condo on the beach. "This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the...

"Host was super quick to respond to questions. Loved the location on the first floor. Easy to unpack and walk out to the pool and beach. Beach was not crowded. We saw dolphins during a sunrise, and we got to see a satellite launch. A great time!"

"The condo has a great ocean view with a nice cool breeze at night. There is a clear view of the NASA launch pad from the back porch as well.This condo is located in a very convenient location. Grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt courses, shops, etc. all within a few miles or less. It’s an easy and very short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the unit could use a few more minor updates and TLC. "
