Access to the beach was amazing, short walk to the end of the street and you are right on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and clean. It's away from the major tourist part of the beach which we preferred. Highly recommend staying here. "

Also, the beach wagon, towels and umbrella made our visit to the beach much more comfortable. We stayed for five nights. "Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last."

"Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. "

"What an incredible week we had at Bayview Cottage! The cottage was clean and it had had plenty of room for our family. The outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, was a wonderful idea! The owner was quick to answer any questions I had as we prepared for our vacation. The sunporch was a great place for morning coffee.Last, but not least, the view can't be beat! "We were in town for the airshow and the house was a great place to stay. It’s an easy walk to restaurants (particularly coffee and breakfast), has easy parking and was spotlessly clean. Recommended."

"We loved staying at Sandy Mutts ! Communication was great , location and access to the beach was convenient and perfect as well. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it was just what we needed. We brought our chihuahua and kitty along and they were comfortable and happy. We did bring our own towels and it worked for us. I will definitely be coming back. "
