Hermosa vista al mar, excelente para caminar por la playa, Limpia y sin gente condiciones perfectas para apreciar la naturaleza. La casa está en excelentes condiciones. Sillones, baños y casa en general muy limpia.

Beautiful views during the day and also the night. Very charming and warm design layout of the house. The most clean and stocked home we have ever stayed in punta banda area by far. The property owner Salvador is very helpful and always available . The house is much more beautiful once there in person rather than the pictures. The security is great in the area . And the beach is large spectacular and almost all to yourself. Definitely recommend this home for a get away you wont regret it.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed walking on the beach. Didn't get to swim due to the red tide when we were there, but saw many dolphins right from the property. Host was very responsive.

Mosquitos!
The house is absolutely gorgeous. Salvador is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns there maybe. House is fully equipped with everything. We only had one con: maybe it was the time of the year we went (first week of September) But the mosquitoes were relentless even with bug repellent. Which kinda made it hard to enjoy hanging outside at the tables. But the water was enjoyable. The sunsets magnificent and did feel like you had peace from the hustle and bustle of life. Would stay again.

The property was immaculate and offered more they we imagined. Our expectations were far exceeded. Beautiful ocean front property with calm waters on the front side. Evening views (light show) of the entire surroundings were amazing. We did not want to leave!

Peaceful little getaway
Salvador and Irma’s place is an oasis - the pictures are great, but can’t do it justice. The views and location are breathtaking. It’s well located to feel a bit remote and off the grid, yet has enough nearby amenities in the little towns nearby to get by - and it’s an easy drive up to Ensenada. Also an easy day trip up to do some wine tasting in the stunning Valle ruto de vino. The house itself is well stocked and supplied with all the basics - but the best part is the view, and the amazing quiet beach as your literal back yard, with coastline and mountain views all around you. At least in July the water was warm and the weather perfect. Salvador was super helpful and very accessible and communicated everything one could need. Seriously can’t wait to get back and plan another stay!

Wonderful spring break stay Mar 8-11
Our daughter flew home from college for spring break and had requested a quiet, relaxing getaway. We drove drown from Temecula, CA to stay for a week. This beautiful property was perfect for what we were looking for! Backyard was steps away from the beach, which we had mostly to ourselves during the day. We enjoyed spectacular sunset views in the evenings. Our dog had a blast running up and down the sand! Sal was very responsive from beginning to end. Answered all our questions, provided very detailed driving directions, and more. The place was spotless and had all the modern comforts of home plus all the delights of a vacation rental. The rooftop deck (terraza) offered panoramic views of the peninsula. House is located within a safe community. There is a small store and a bar & grill near the guarded entrance. Along the main road (Hwy 23) are small liquor stores and local spots to eat. We did our food shopping at Calimax and another market off Hwy 1. This property was truly a dream house, located in a small piece of paradise. Absolutely awesome and caring hosts. What a great experience for my small group! Thank you Sal & Irma for opening your beautiful home to us.

Family Vacation
