Great getaway
This was our first time in Cabo and this property was a great first experience. The owner was so helpful with transportation recommendations and other recommendations. The location and overall property itself can’t be beat. Beautiful views and we loved the pools!

Fantastic beach location
We loved our stay! This cute condo had a great view and was located so close to the pool, ocean and marina. It was just perfect! The Fox’s gave us great recommendations for transportation and food. The condo has plenty of useful things in the kitchen and even has board games and some pool toys. The beds may be a little past prime but nothing detracted from our stay. Such a relaxing and peaceful stay at Terrasol!

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I stayed with our friends, and we had a great time! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location within walking distance to town. The resort is quiet and relaxing with wonderful views. We enjoyed time at the swim up bar pool, and the food, drinks, and service at The Palapa was reasonably priced and very good. The staff at the resort were all very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Excellent view, but terrible light condition in the condominium, the power went out 4 or 5 times and the owner did not solve it in the 6 days we were there. The beach is not for swimming, the waves are too dangerous.

Terrasol Condo
This was a quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Had everything you would need in the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer unit. The only thing that I saw that should be addressed was replacement of the inner shower curtain of the master bath. The one that was there definitely needed to be changed. Also when checking in the front desk person said they weren't aware that we were coming and the place needed to be cleaned so we had to wait for about an hour and a half.

Loved it!!
Beautiful home, away from home. Very clean quiet. Easy check in friendly courteous personal. Owners very nice people. Very quick responds will answer any question right away.. No matter how small or silly it may be... Over all a great experience. Definitely will return.

Good Bad & Ugly!
Good: The Terrasol Resort itself is wonderful. Great beach, pools & the swim up bar & restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. When I contacted the owner regarding the below issues he was quick to reply, but said he was not aware of the condition of the unit. Bad: Overall cleanliness of the unit was bad. Maintenance of the unit was bad. Numerous lights did no work, electrical sockets were loose from the wall, front door knob lock come loose from the door, throw rugs were filthy.yDrawers were stuck in cabinet in closet and wouldn't pull out. Ugly: Paint peeling from ceilng in guest shower. Plaster in guest shower split and falling. Vanity in guest bath literally had paint falling off and bare wood exposed. Floating nightstand in master detached from wall and was sitting on a plastic stool. I have rented from VRBO 4-5 times a year for years and have always received the highest rating as a guest. This was the worst unit I have ever rented.

ENJOYED THE RESORT AND OUR #111 LOCATION. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE REMODELING GOING ON NEXT DOOR AND ABOVE THE UNIT FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM. THE FOOD AT THE POOLSIDE CANTINA WAS GREAT, TINA WAS VERY GOOD AND ATTENTIVE. ONE OF THE BEST THINGS WE DID WAS TO HIRE MARCO OUT TAXI GUY FOR THE WEEK, HE TOOK US EVERYWHERE WE NEED TO GO. WEATHER WAS AWESOME. GREAT TIME IN CABO.

Very quiet condo complex
My family of 5 checked in to this well equipped and quiet condo. Had most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We walked the beach every day. This is not a beach you can swim in the ocean because of the undertow. But was the most spectacular to see and feel. We also would take a short walk into town or take an Uber. Many restaurants to choose from. A storm came in for 2 days and rained quite a bit. The condo was stocked with games, movies and Dish TV. So we were never bored. Angela the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice place.

Great location and wonderful getaway!
The Terrasol Resort is perfectly located on the quiet side of the marina and right on the Solmar beach. The landscaping is amazing with beautiful flowers and tropical plants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can arrange excursions for you. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. The resort's Palapa Bar restaurant was so convenient to have breakfast, lunch or drinks after walking the beach. The beach is nice for walking and whale watching but not for swimming due to the fast undercurrents. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Angela and Dan are very easy to work with and provide prompt responses to any questions/requests. We stayed for a week in January to get away from the cold midwest winter and it wasn't long enough. If you're wanting to get away from it all and enjoy Cabo life, this is it!

Nice and Quiet!
Terrasol is a great condominium surrounded by sand and lovely gardens. On the beach, with two pools, including one with a pool/bar/breakfast area. Not really a kids or a party place you can enjoy the peace and quiet...just what we needed! Angela's condo is nicely decorated, clean and everything was in working order. If you enjoy movies or series,Netflix is part of the deal, a big plus. Communicating with Angela was a pleasure, very fast in responding to any questions you may have. I highly recommend it. Laurent

A great condo close to everything
We had a great stay in Angela's condo. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. The Palapa Bar and Restaurant is a highlight of the complex with reasonably priced food (and cheap margaritas!). From the condo, it's easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. (Taxis in Cabo are very expensive -- even by US standards.) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the beach on which the Terrasol complex is located is not swimmable, Corsario Beach -- a local's beach which we were told is one of the best kept secrets in Cabo -- is a short walk away; there were no tourists and no vendors the times we visited. If you're planning a trip to Cabo, this is a great place to stay at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

Beautiful location, perfect condo for our family of 4
This was our first resort, all-tourist vacation and it was perfect. Terrasol is peaceful and the location is great - center stage in the row of resorts facing Solmar Beach. Solmar Beach is dangerous and NOT for swimming, but gorgeous for walking, running, watching the waves and lying in the sun if you can handle it. The main pool was a highlight for us - after our 2.5 mile morning beach walk/run, we went straight to the pool to cool off, swim a few laps and read until lunch time. Our unit was spotless, well stocked (don't shop for anything until you check the inventory), nicely appointed and had everything we needed to take care of ourselves just like we do at home for our 10-day stay. The king beds were very comfortable, sunrise from the deck was breathtaking, a/c very efficient. As if all that isn't enough, YOU CAN DRINK THE WATER OUT OF THE TAP - no plastic bottles! Attention to a few minor issues would improve the aesthetics, but everything was functional and in good shape. Angela and the Terrasol staff responded immediately to our requests and questions. Renting a car was more economical than cabs for the amount of traveling we wanted to do - to/from Los Cabos airport (44km/27 miles one way), local beaches, 2 big trips to La Comer grocery. Everything in Cabo San Lucas an easy 10-20 minute walk. Tourist activity and trinket prices are similar to US - no real deals. If we ever venture to Cabo San Lucas again, Terrasol will be our first choice.

Great Location for Weekend Getaway
The Terrasol resort is in a great location - easy walking distance to everything in the Marina. The condo was very nice; it's definitely not brand new and modern, but was clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to call home for the weekend, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a low-key, accessible place to stay in Cabo!

Beautiful and quiet vacation! Great condo!
We LOVED this cute little condo, it had everything and more which we could have possibly asked for! Great location on the beach, close walking to downtown, and nice quiet getaway from all the crazy spring breakers. Close walking distance to Lovers Beach - which was a perfect hike to do from Terrasol! Absolutely loved the location, just wish we could have swam from the beach. The condo was perfect for us! We also loved the wonderful staff at the reception & the palapa bar! (Where we ate and got drinks every day!) Angela was also super helpful and gave us great recommendations! Thanks for a wonderful trip! Us Alaskans are missing the sunshine already!
