Gorgeous home, great for two families!
Beautiful, well-appointed home that is perfect for two families. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well-appointed, and the game room is perfect for entertaining kiddos. And the view and outdoor space are spectacular! Will definitely be back!!!

Recharge and Relax
My entire family spent 4 awesome days at this property. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. We had coffee on the back porch every morning, swam in the pool every afternoon and made S’mores in the fire pit every night. We will be back!!!

Family holiday stay at the Overlook
This is an awesome house with a fabulous view!! It is very well supplied with everything you need for a long weekend getaway. This is the best stocked kitchen we have ever been to with great quality cookware and utensils. Our grandkids loved the upstairs bunk room! We hope to return someday soon!

This property was amazing, with an amazing view over the lake. Everything was so simple. Brooke is so sweet. One thing we did notice is if you have a taller boat watch the tree limbs. They do need to be cut back some for this purpose. Great stay, will stay again!

Winter getaway
Perfect pretty remote location on Possum Kingdom Lake. The house is phenomenal. It is laid out in a very friendly fashion with an excellent out door deck overlooking the lake. The clear nights are amazing.

Outstanding!
Entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Property manager was extremely accessible and responsive to our questions. We stayed here as a family base for a wedding on the lake a few miles from the house. The photos are precisely accurate. Truly “million dollar views”!! We use VRBO several times each year and this is absolutely one of the best properties we have rented. Not a single negative aspect. Kudos to the owners for beauty and functionality.

Perfect Getaway
This property is a perfect getaway in Palo Pinto County on the best lake in Texas! Our guys trip was better because of this house and the owners made us feel right at home. Overlook is Beautiful
We so enjoyed our stay at the Overlook! It’s a beautiful home with one of the best views. It’s close to the marina, which has great rentals. The pool was a great place to cool off and enjoy. This is perfect for family and friends with everything to enjoy quality time together

TimelyMD Senior Leadership Retreat at Possum Kingdom
Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property other than using for sleeping quarters, the accommodations were wonderful. Our Company CEO hosted a leadership retreat at his lake house less than a mile away from this gorgeous property. We had everything needed for a good night's sleep and preparation for the day. The best part was coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking an awesome view of cliffs/lake. Communications with the Geary's was excellent. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at you beautiful piece of beauty at PK!

Fantastic experience for everyone!
We had an awesome vacation at the Overlook. The property is absolutely amazing and has something for everyone. The house is spotless, very well equipped kitchen, and a breathtaking view. Can’t beat the hot tub and pool or the games in the garage. Erin was fantastic at communicating. Best rental we’ve ever had hands down. Thanks for the amazing family vacation!

Beautiful retreat with impeccable accommodations
We had a wonderful, restful time at this beautiful home. Everything was well-organized, clean, and easy to use and find. The views are incredible! We had such a wonderful time reconnecting with college friends — the kitchen is organized perfectly and everything was updated, decorated so cute, and comfortable.
