"This is a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living and dining area for meals and hanging out. It is equipped with everything you need. We visited in winter so did not use the amazing upstairs deck but did get to enjoy the cozy wood stove, which was perfect after our rather rainy hike.We were a group of 8 hiking the Cadillac trail to see the first light of 2025. This location could not have been more convenient with the trail just a 3-minute walk away."

"The house is in a great spot for visiting Bar Harbor & Acadia NP. The house was clean, but had a terrible odor requiring the windows to be open to be inside. The bathrooms and laundry room smelt like sewage, maybe the drains dried up as it got better by the last day. The master bedroom smelt like garbage which we never figured out. "Perfect location and beautiful house. We are a family of 10 adults and had plenty of room. The park is fun to visit though parking can be challenging. The same with Bar Harbor, great town but difficult to park. I’d recommend this home and location for a Fall getaway. Foliage was amazing. House was clean and stocked but needed a few more forks and coffee cups. 😀"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The setting is breathtaking. We enjoyed getting to walk out on the Rocky Beach, sit by the fire and roast s’mores, enjoy being together. The house is so close to Schooner overlook and anemone cave. We could not have been more pleased with the location. As mentioned, the inside of the house is a bit dated, but it is spacious and had room for all of us to sleep. I would suggestsheets for the pullout sofa easier to locate, and possibly providing more bath towels....

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying here whenever we’re back in Bar Harbor! The house is a great location - it’s has great privacy while being just a few minutes to Bar Harbor for shopping and restaurants and to Acadia for sight seeing and hiking trails. The house was well stocked with ample sets of towels, shampoo conditioner and wash, kitchen supplies, and board games / entertainment. Was spacious enough for 5 adults and clean. "
