I'm quite disappointed because when we checked in, we were told that our reservation only included a continental breakfast and not the cooked breakfast. We were so tired from our long drive that I didn't think to question this and so in the morning we dutifully limited ourselves to the continental breakfast (and unfortunately it took 30 minutes for the hostess to bring out the gluten-free bread for my daughter). After breakfast, I checked my confirmation and it said "breakfast included". No distinction between continental and cooked. Also, there were no prices on the cooked breakfast menu and I heard the hostess tell other guests that cooked breakfast is included for all guests (she didn't mention that to us when she seated us). Upon checkout, I mentioned this to Reagan and he said that happens fairly frequently and now he knows who (George) is telling people the wrong information, but that was it. Pretty poor to know that this is an issue and to allow it to go on. I’d say there’s a training issue with the staff that needs to be addressed.
