"We had a week at Admiral cottage. First thing that struck us was how clean the cottage was. Thank you for the welcome goodies we both enjoyed them. We did live downstairs and did not bother with upstairs purely down to the stairs. We were very comfortable, beds are very comfy. Downstairs bathroom is a good size, shower is excellent. "We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. "The cottage was very homely, filled with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. With special touches that obviously mean a lot to the owners, which made it all the more special as you felt like you were being trusted to care .
