"Booked this place to celebrate my wife’s 40th, her only request was that she wanted a hot tub. Original listing advertised a hot tub however upon arrival the hot tub was frozen and not operating. Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so...

"Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better."

"We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. We brought our 3 and 5 year old and the property was magical! Sleds were provided where we could play in the backyard and slide down hills! We were able to have snowball fights and build snowmen! The location was perfect because it was about 5 minutes to some restaurants and coffee shops!"

"We stayed at this Alpine Family home with friends (8 total) and it was as described & more. The home was even more beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared than the photos! Jess was an excellent host, who provided us with a fun snowmobile ride with our things & made the experience wonderful for our families-4 adults, 2teens & 2 ten year olds & dog the location was perfect! We are grateful & looking forward to planning the next visit!"

"We had a 3 night stay and it was such an easy check in process! Cabin was clean, had everything you’d need for the kitchen, and even toys around for my daughter to play with. Also, had really good communication with them. They even went out of their way to send a wedding binder back to us that we left behind. Super grateful. "Beautiful home with a spacious layout and wonderful surprises. Record player, foosball table, and piano were all a hit with the kids. Only thing missing from the listing was the swingset shown in the photos, but kids got over that once they went on a “hike” in the backyard. Check-in and communication was definitely slower than average. Two emails - one through VRBO and another reply directly to the booking email (that stated to respond to that email) - went unanswered. Everything got cleared...
